We do not view diversity, Equity and Inclusion as empty corporate values that just need to be declared. We have known for a long time that supporting diverse talent is what helps us achieve long-term success.
These values help us better understand what our clients need. They enable us to deliver innovations that make sense. They help us grow. They enrich our teams with unique experiences, perspectives and ways of thinking.
That's why we care so much about equal pay, mental health care, and support for parents, the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to develop here, regardless of their identity, origin or beliefs.
Because we are developing at the same time. And so is the whole company.
PEOPLE ARE NOT JUST NUMBERS TO US. THOROUGH STATISTICS HELP US IDENTIFY INEQUALITIES AND DETERMINE WHETHER WE HAVE MADE PROGRESS IN ADDRESSING THEM. WE REGULARLY MONITOR OUR PERFORMANCE NOT ONLY WITHIN THE BANK, BUT ALSO IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THE CZECH BANKING ASSOCIATION.
Did you know that…?
The pay gap between men and women in the same positions in our bank is 1,57 %?
We continuously monitor this gap, known as the Gender Pay Gap, and adjust our remuneration system to make it as fair as possible. As a result, we have kept it below 2% for a long time.
Our colleagues come not only from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but from a total of 27 different countries.
Our teams are made up of four generations who inspire each other. With an average age of 44, we have the right mix of experience, a desire to innovate and fresh perspectives on the world.
Baby Boomers – 8,9 % (1946-1967)
Gen X – 52,5 % (1968-1982)
Gen Y – 32,8 % (1983-1997)
Gen Z – 5,7 % (1998-2010)
We believe that sharing information and knowledge is the only way to grow. We don't just focus on young talent and those who want to develop themselves so that we can get skilled employees. We want to offer our know-how to everyone and thus raise the professional level of the entire company.
In cooperation with partner universities, we offer:
✅ Specialised lectures and practical exercises
✅ Interactive soft skills workshops
✅ Consultation on final papers and projects
✅ Support in semester projects
✅ Internships and mentoring
✅ Certified courses not only in financial modelling, data analysis or mergers and acquisitions
✅ Tutoring
Our goals extend beyond simply acquiring talent – we want to spread know-how and raise the professional level of the entire society.

We offer students long-term part-time jobs, which often become their first full-time employment. Our successful annual Trainee Programme allows graduates who are serious about banking to gain experience in several different positions and learn from the best.
SUCCESS DEPENDS ON SATISFIED AND MOTIVATED EMPLOYEES. THAT IS WHY WE WANT EVERYONE TO BE ABLE TO DEVELOP AND FIND A BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND PERSONAL LIFE. WE SUPPORT OUR EMPLOYEES AND OFFER THEM A WIDE RANGE OF BENEFITS. WE STRIVE TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE FEELS GOOD WORKING WITH US.
We believe that open communication, or “Speak-Up”, is the foundation of a healthy corporate culture. Therefore, everyone at our company has the opportunity to speak their mind, whether it concerns work processes, team cooperation or the direction of the entire company.
In order to be as close to our employees as possible, we regularly hold meetings with CEO Jakub Dusílek and Vice-Chairman of the Board Slavomír Beňa. We share strategic news, talk openly about sensitive topics and, most importantly, respond to what really interests our employees.
In the world of finance, we realise that success is not driven solely by numbers, but above all by the people standing behind them. Therefore, we care not only about career growth, but also about well-being and balance in personal life.
Well-being is not just a modern term for us, but a real priority. We offer flexible working hours, the option to work from home, sports activities, relaxation areas and psychological support.

We offer free psychotherapy support to all employees. With just a few clicks, they can connect with a professional 24/7, discreetly and from the comfort of their own home.
Life can sometimes be tough. That's why our intranet has a special section dedicated to mental well-being. We offer tips, tools and inspiration on how to take care of yourself and your loved ones. There are also stories from our colleagues who openly share their own experiences.
We continue to build a culture of a so-called learning organisation, where continuous development and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday work. This allows us to fully leverage our corporate know-how and achieve outstanding results together — as one team.
In 2024, we spent 43,636 hours on mandatory training and 71,408 hours on voluntary training.

In addition to standard training courses, we also offer specialised development programmes for selected groups of employees, whether for young talents, identified successors for management positions or according to the needs of individual divisions.
We actively support colleagues with disabilities and strive to create an inclusive working environment. Our headquarters in the Czech Republic and Slovakia are fully wheelchair accessible to our employees. Our colleagues with disabilities also have access to free parking spaces in the garages.
When needed, we offer flexible working conditions – whether it's part-time work or more work from home.
We know that some health restrictions may not be visible at first glance. That is why we strive to educate our colleagues about stereotypes and hidden disabilities. We also train managers and work with external partners to ensure equal opportunities and combat discrimination.

Even when they are on maternity or parental leave, we still keep in touch with them. We have prepared a special website for them with information, news and job offers, and we invite them to parent meetings and other family events in cooperation with trade unions.
When work permits, we try to make it easier for them to return to work – whether through shorter working hours, working from home or flexible working hours. Thanks to this, our workforce consists of 15% parents with children under the age of 3.

VWe believe that satisfied employees are the key to success. Therefore, we offer a wide range of benefits that support not only professional growth, but also personal well-being and a healthy work-life balance. From financial benefits and training programmes to extra time off and sporting and social events, there's something for everyone here.
Our connection with our colleagues does not end when they retire. We offer them:
Experience and friendship live on – and we strive to ensure that our former colleagues enjoy this new stage of their lives to the fullest.
SWe strive to raise awareness among our employees about specific issues affecting LGBTQ+ people through discussions with representatives of the community. In the past, we organised discussions with the lawyer and representative of the Jsme fér initiative Adéla Horáková, Ester Janečková with the non-profit organisation Sbarvouven, and human rights activist Kryštof Stupka.
