An easier, faster and more secure way to log in to Online Banking and confirm payments thanks to new Smart Key mobile app.
Instead of generating one-time codes in the Smart Key mobile app, you will just confirm your login via the push notifications on your phone. After clicking the Login button in Online Banking, you will receive a push notification on your phone through which you can easily confirm your login with your biometric data (e.g. your fingerprint) or PIN code.
How to get the new Smart Key app?
If you have automatic update set up on your mobile phone, then you don't have to worry about anything. The app will be updated in March without any action required on your part. Otherwise, update the Smart Banking app on your mobile as soon as it becomes available in the Apple Store or Google Play. We will also let you know as soon as we are sure that the update is ready for you.
Did you not receive a notification (push notification)?
In order to be able to use these features, it is necessary for you to have a phone with Internet access and so-called "push notifications" enabled both in the Smart Banking / Smart Key app and your mobile phone. If you do not have Internet access, you can instead use an alternative login option with QR code offline, that does not require such access.
