From April 1, 2025, we will send the Confirmation of the maintenance of the attorney's escrow account and the Confirmation of all transactions on the attorney's escrow account to the email addresses of the depositor, the authorized attorney, which the attorney will provide to us via the form in the BusinessNet Professional online banking.
Attorneys using the Praetor system do not have to fill out the form. We send the confirmation to the email addresses that the attorneys enter directly in Praetor.
Custody accounts with attorney is intended for all attorneys working in the Czech Republic registered as members of the Czech Bar Association.
Custody accounts with notary is intended for all notaries working in the Czech Republic registered as members of the Czech Notary Chamber.
Keeping Custody accounts with attorney/notary is regulated by a special contract defining the disposal of funds in the account in terms of the authorized person as well as in terms of the purpose of use, where identification of the depositor or payer of the custody’s party must be secured in any case.
