UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. is committed to making its digital channels accessible in accordance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on Accessibility Requirements for Certain Products and Services, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
This declaration was prepared on 28 June 2025 on the basis of an audit report prepared by a Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA = Certified Professional in Web Accessibility) dated 20 December 2024. The assessment was carried out by Ondřej Pohl, CPWA from the digital agency ACTUM Digital (member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals - IAAP).

The audit was prepared using a fully manual method with partial use of automated tools followed by manual review. The audit was also performed using assistive technology testing and on various devices. The overall method of examination and scope selection is based on the WCAG-EM method.
This website is partially compliant with the technical standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, which is currently the most appropriate guideline for determining service compliance. The aim of that standard and rules is to publish web pages in a way that is perceptible, navigable, understandable and stable for users. This statement will be updated when the harmonised standard for the Directive is published.
The following list identifies the requirements of the standard that are in compliance according to the audit.

The aim of this standard and rules is to publish websites in a way that is perceptible, navigable, understandable and stable for users. Once the standard has been updated and harmonised for the European Directive, this statement will be updated.
The criteria below are in accordance with the above mentioned technical standard. The remaining criteria are gradually being corrected and made available.
