How to activate DragonPass

 

Download the Airport Companion Europe app.

 

 

Once downloaded, open the app and follow the instructions below:

  • Click on Sign up/ Log in.
  • This is followed by a question asking if you have an existing membership?
  • Click on "No, I want to set up a membership".
  • Click on 'Sign up with Visa Card'.
  • Enter your card details and confirm (Submit).
  • Enter your email.
  • Provide additional details (name, age, address, etc.).
  • A verification code will be emailed to you to activate your account.
  • Set your password.
  • Enjoy the available lounge passes! (You can view these in the "Profile" section by clicking on "My Card" and they will appear in the bottom right corner of the membership card).



Visit to the lounge

  • Look up the airport you're going to to make sure they have a lounge.
  • Present your virtual membership card before entering the lounge.
  • To enter, go to the "Profile" section and select My card. Your virtual membership card and a QR code will appear, allowing you to enter the lounge.

What is the Airport Companion Europe DragonPass app?

The Airport Companion Europe app is the first digital solution of its kind that allows Visa cardholders to enter airport lounges, provided by the multinational company DragonPass.

The programme provides access to selected airport lounges and retail discounts at merchants in key airports. Contact UniCredit Bank for more detailed information about your programme and terms and conditions.

 

Who can join the programme?

Anyone with a Visa Infinte and Platinum card issued by UniCredit Bank in the Czech Republic or Slovakia can join the programme. If you would like more information about the requirements for joining the programme, please contact your private banker.

 

How do I get to the airport lounge?

Present your digital membership card at the lounge reception for easy verification. After successful verification, you can start enjoying the lounge. At the time of entry, your lounge visit will be deducted from the number of available visits you have paid for. An unlimited membership cardholder is entitled to visit the lounges without restriction.

 

Do I have to book a visit?

No, simply display your DragonPass app at the reception desk in the airport lounge when you arrive. Please note that you may need another form of identification to access the lounge, such as a passport, driver's license or boarding pass.

 

How much does DragonPass membership cost?

Price depends on the product type, please contact your private banker for specific information.

 

How much does it cost to enter the lounge?

One visit costs EUR 26 for Visa card holders. You can purchase access via the Airport Companion Europe app by selecting "My Card" and then clicking "Add Visits". One visit is valid for one person to enter the lounge. You must be logged in and have sufficient funds on your card to make purchases.

 

What is the validity of the purchased lounge access?

Your one-day access to the salon is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

 

How many guests can I bring to the lounge?

There is no maximum limit, but you must make sure you have purchased one for yourself and one for your guest. One visit is valid for one person. Unlimited membership is only valid for UniCredit Bank Visa Infinite cardholders, for guests you must purchase a guest entry.

 

Which lounges can I visit?

All participating lounges can be found directly in the Airport Companion Europe app or on the website www.dragonpass.com/airports.

What program do I have?

UniCredit Bank offers different programs for Visa payment cards in cooperation with DragonPass, depending on the type of card. In some cases, this is an optional service. To learn more about the programs and terms and conditions, please contact your banker.

 

Do I get a physical card?

You will not receive a physical card. Lounges accept your digital card in the app. It's a simple, modern, fast and secure solution. You don't have to wait for your card to be mailed, deal with issuance in case of loss, expiration, etc.

 

Can I use the lounge immediately after I pay the entrance fee?

You can access the airport lounge using your digital membership card as soon as you pay for your entry - as soon as you receive your membership payment receipt.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you verify your membership with the card issuer - UniCredit Bank - well in advance.

 

Can I access the lounge without my membership?

No. You must present your digital membership to access the lounge.

 

I don't have an iOS or Android phone, can I download the app?

Currently, the DragonPass app is only available on Android and iOS devices.
