SUBSCRIPTION, REPURCHASE AND REDEMPTION

Eventual subscriptions, repurchase and redemption orders will be processed based on the Bank´s contractual documentation related to trading in foreign securities, their administration and/or safekeeping.

Provided that the subscription of the units is processed based on an order of an investor via the Bank, the repurchase and the redemption of such units is also processed via the Bank based on an order of such investor.

Provided that the subscription of the units is not processed via the Bank, the repurchase and the redemption of such units will be processed via the Bank only after such units are transferred to the Bank's custody in advance.

The Bank shall make payments to unitholders relating to above mentioned repurchase and redemption of the units.

The Bank shall make payments to unitholders based on corporate actions related to the units in the Bank's custody.

Provided that the subscription of the units is not processed via the Bank and it is not possible to transfer the units to the Bank's custody in advance, then the investor can fulfil a dedicated redemption form and sent it to the Bank to the particular post address. The bank will then immediately forward it directly to the fund / management company.

ATTENTION: Signature on the redemption form must be officially authenticated.
