This product is a loan for which repayment is fully covered by the income from the lease of the real estate. The loan can be used for financing purchase of income-earning real estate (rental housing, administrative buildings and other types of commercial real estate), reconstruction and modernisation of such real estate, refinancing of loans previously granted for purchase of real estate (bank loans or loans from partners), refinancing of own sources invested in the real estate, etc.

• loan amount: max. 70% of the value of the pledged real estate
  
• loan currency: CZK, EUR, USD
  
• maturity: max. 15 years, interest rate fixed in the range of 1–15 years
  
• one-off or gradual drawdown, drawdown possible for up to 24 months
  
• amortising repayment schedule
• collateral: especially by a right of lien to the real estate of the financed project
