The overdraft loan is intended for any freelance professional – an individual entrepreneur conducting his or her business for at least 1 year within the Czech Republic on the basis of an authorisation other than by trade licence. Freelance professions include the following: notaries, attorneys, bankruptcy trustees, auctioneers, court-appointed distrainers, tax advisors, auditors, sworn interpreters, journalists, art agencies, artists and writers, patent agents, sworn experts, architects, certified engineers, veterinarians, doctors, pharmacists, and insurance agents.
