protection against loss of regular income – You will have the possible risk of inability to repay the loan fully under control
insurance coverage against the risks of death by any cause and loss of employment
by agreeing to insurance for a mortgage loan you will receive a 0.3% p.a. discount on the interest rate
insurance for mortgage loans now can be agreed at a lower introductory price
credit insurance is part of the loan agreement, and thus no special insurance contract or assignment of insurance proceeds is necessary

* In the case of self-employed persons or employees with a work contract for a fixed period, death by any cause and long-term inability to work are covered.
