• one-off flat fee for each subject of escrow includes the following: account maintenance, account statements, all domestic payment transactions, and cash deposits and withdrawals in CZK
• the bank is not entitled to settle its possible receivables by debiting this account. The funds on the account cannot be subject to a court execution ruled against the attorney or to inheritance proceedings, and neither can they serve as collateral for the attorney’s obligations
