Custody account for attorneys

• the custody account for attorneys comprises the following services: account opening and maintenance, preparing and sending account statements by post, notification of the current balance on the account, domestic payment transactions, cash deposits and withdrawals in CZK.
  
• funds on a custody account for attorneys are insured, provided that the client has fulfilled the obligation of duly identifying the actual owner of each escrow in accordance with Act No. 21/1992 Coll., on Banks.
  
• the bank is not entitled to settle its possible receivables by debiting this account. The funds on the account cannot be subject to a court execution ruled against the attorney or to inheritance proceedings, and neither can they serve as collateral for the attorney’s obligations.
  
• the funds in an attorney’s custody may be transferred to a term deposit.
