Basic insurance	Financial loss due to misuse of the insured card as a result of its loss or theft
Supplementary insurance	Insurance benefit limits for supplementary insurance shall be agreed as sub-limits of the insurance benefit limit agreed for basic insurance.
	Insurance of costs for reissuing lost personal documents	CZK 4 000
	Insurance of costs for issuing a new card replacing a lost/stolen card to the same holder with the original validity	CZK 200
	Insurance of costs for remaking lost keys	CZK 4 000
	Insurance against theft of money withdrawn using the insured card	CZK 5 000
	Insurance of costs for replacing a stolen mobile phone	CZK 5 000
