The Bank place the highest emphasis on the security of direct banking products, defined as the group security standard for UniCredit Group.
Security Token
- One of the highest security standards available today – the security token generates a unique (new) security code with each use.
- It provides secure login of the user to the application (authentication). The Bank will assign you a user number at a cash desk, and the security token generates your security code.
- It provides for securely sending active transactions to the Bank – the so-called "signing" (authorization) of transactions.
- It is used for user verification when calling the Call Centre using the Client Line.
How to use the security token
- Use of the security token is protected by a PIN known only to you. After it is entered, the display will automatically show the security code.
Other security features
- Daily or single-transaction user limits for operations performed through telephone banking (thus not allowing payments above the determined limit)
