Rentier Invest is a simple investment tool helping you to generate and, subsequently, to protect your savings for covering life’s important necessities – your children’s education, financial security in old age, purchasing a car or perhaps even taking a spectacular trip or improving your housing.
Rentier Invest is intended for clients of various age categories. It accommodates both clients who are just starting to develop their financial wealth as well as those who have already accumulated funds to a certain level and wish to protect them against inflation or increase them in order to cover their future needs. Thanks to its flexible design, Rentier Invest is suitable both for more conservative clients and for dynamic clients who are able to define their needs in either a short-term or long-term horizon.
- simplicity – the only thing you must establish is the investment horizon and the time at which you wish to begin drawing your annuity (after 1 to 40 years). Rentier Invest is comprised of seven model portfolios differing exactly by the number of years over which the client is planning to invest
- choice of investment strategy options – You may set up a Rentier Invest programme with a regular monthly investment of as little as CZK 1,000 or by making a lump-sum investment of CZK 5,000 or more.
- high liquidity – your finances are just as liquid as in a current investment into unit trusts. You may redeem your investment at any time and obtain cash
- above-average appreciation – disciplined utilisation of the stocks held in the Rentier Invest portfolio allows for achieving more attractive returns as compared to those offered, for example, by pension funds. The amount of appreciation is directly proportional to the length of the investment horizon. The longer the investment, the higher the potential return
- minimised risk – as the end of the selected investment period approaches, your investment is protected against more considerable erosion by increasing the share of more conservative bonds and money market instruments as compared to riskier stocks in the portfolio

Free of charge, they continuously modify and redeploy your portfolio so that it best performs its two key functions – accumulating and protecting your investment
- programme flexibility – the programme allows for additional one-time investments, changes of the regular investment amount, modifications of the investment horizon or programme termination, all without any penalty fees
