A new look for UniCredit Bank’s internet banking
UniCredit Bank has prepared for its clients a new and more modern design for its internet banking interface. The new layout, which clients will get to see come 14 June 2010, was created with the goal of gradually unifying the internet banking design throughout UniCredit Group. In addition to internet banking's new look, clients also will receive new functions to make it even easier to work with the internet banking applications. The procedures for logging in and signing transactions will remain unchanged. As always, UniCredit Bank puts the very strongest emphasis on the security of its internet banking systems as it builds upon the collective experience from across the entire UniCredit Group.
In co-operation with other countries of UniCredit Group, the Bank has prepared for its clients the most modern look in internet banking. It is progressively being implemented in all the countries where UniCredit operates. "The aim of the new format for clients' internet communication with the Bank goes beyond new visual design to make internet banking easier to work with. From mid-June, clients will be able, for example, to work with a "favourites" menu including those pages they use most frequently and so that they can display them more quickly. Clients also will be able to choose the home page that displays after signing in. Another new feature is simpler and faster searching among saved payment orders for use as so-called templates," comments Radek Jirka, Multi-Channel Banking UniCredit Bank, about the new functionality.
The unified design concerns all segments within the Bank, from credit cardholders not using additional banking services (Online Card), to individual clients and entrepreneurs (Online Banking), small and medium-size enterprises (BusinessNet Basic) and right on to large and international companies (BusinessNet Professional). As always, and for all segments, UniCredit Bank puts the very strongest emphasis on the security of its internet banking systems as it builds upon the collective experience from across the entire UniCredit Group. Unique also are such functions as that allowing a client to work with his or her personal and company accounts at the Bank while using just one security system. Therefore, the client need not memorise various passwords. The same system of security is used, too, for controlling accounts in other countries. Thereby, UniCredit supports its so-called "International User" service so that a client can simply "switch" between individual countries after a single login.
