UniCredit Bank offers loans with greater accessibility for entrepreneurs
UniCredit Bank has introduced an unrivalled offer to the market - a business mortgage loan with a pre-approved operating capital loan and no fees. No other bank on the domestic market provides small entrepreneurs and freelancers with such combination of a mortgage loan and an overdraft. Potential clients can obtain the business mortgage loan with maturity up to 15 years and with a drawdown period up to 18 months. The volume of the operating capital loan can be as high as CZK 500,000.
In taking these steps, UniCredit Bank is continuing its business strategy in an effort to increase its share in the small business segment - one of the strategic areas upon which UniCredit Bank is focusing. "It is one of the key offers to entrepreneurs this year. In this regard, UniCredit Bank is the only bank offering clients a combination of a mortgage loan and operating capital loan, thereby significantly helping its clients with their financing.
