UniCredit Bank has opened a new Mortgage Centre in Prague, others to follow

Starting from Monday, January 11, 2010, those interested in mortgage loans may visit the newly set up first Mortgage Centre of UniCredit Bank. The new Centre in Na Příkopě Street 20, Prague 1, provides complete service to the retail customers, who may use UniCredit Bank's attractive mortgage loans in order to improve their housing standard. Specialised bankers are prepared to welcome all interests in a mortgage loan on the historical building premises on all workdays from 8:30 to 17:00, and to 18:00 on Wednesdays.

"The new Mortgage Centre in Na Příkopě Street is yet another particular step led by the UniCredit Bank's intent to enhance its presence on the Czech mortgage market. Specialised mortgage bankers have been ready to help all customers since the start of the year in all our 22 main branches throughout the Czech Republic. They provide the clients with comprehensive and professional advice and service with regard to purchases of their new or improvements of their current homes," comments Jaroslav Žahourek, Head of Retail Banking, UniCredit Bank, on the Mortgage Centre opening.

UniCredit Bank has been offering the lowest rate on the Czech market to both its existent and new clients. The rate of 4.44% is available for the customers who acquire additional UniCredit Bank products together with their 1 year fixed mortgage loan: a personal account, ability to repay insurance and a credit card. "The monthly instalments get discounted for the customers when if they take up the offered products. Compared to our competitors, we noted increased interest among the customers in the mortgage loans of UniCredit Bank during the last year, resultant to which our Bank's market share increased. Our long-term focus on mortgage loans and our commitment to offering our clients the best possible service in relation to financing their real properties - those are the key reasons that have led us to open specialised centres," adds Jaroslav Žahourek.
