UniCredit Bank offers mortgage loans with rates as low as 4.44%
UniCredit Bank offers attractive interest rates on mortgage loans. Advantaged interest rates discounted by up to 0.5% are intended for clients who, in addition to their mortgage loan, will acquire other products of UniCredit Bank, such as a personal account, credit risk insurance or a credit card. Clients who opt for a one-year fixed interest rate will be able to receive a rate of 4.44% p.a. Clients have noticed the reduction in interest rates, and the latest data indicate that every third client chooses the one-year fixed rate. For the popular three-year and five-year fixed rates, the interest rate is always 4.95% p.a. The current offer applies to new as well as existing clients of UniCredit Bank.
"The development of interest rates in the interbank financial market is just one of the reasons why UniCredit Bank decided to reduce its rates. With this special offer, we also hope to introduce our clients to the other favourable services that our bank provides," said Tomáš Drábek, Head of Retail Real Estate Finance Majordomus, UniCredit Bank Czech Republic. "By taking advantage of this attractive offer, clients will benefit from a reduction in their monthly mortgage instalments and, in addition, will obtain another favourable product," stated Mr. Drábek, describing the benefits of the offer.
Credit risk insurance protects clients for the entire payment term against credit risks consisting in a loss of regular income. "Clients taking out a mortgage loan will be provided with the credit risk insurance as a standard supplementary service that will provide them an assurance against loss of income," Mr. Drábek adds.
By reducing its rates, which at the same time means greater affordability of mortgage loans, UniCredit Bank is stimulating the mortgage loans market and, more broadly speaking, the real estate market, both of which have felt the impacts of the economic crisis after years of robust growth.
