Sending Information – UniCredit Bank’s SMS and email banking system – is a direct banking product intended for all clients of the bank, enabling automatic delivery of up-to-date banking information by email or SMS reports.

- a wide range of banking information can be set up for sending (account balances, movements on the account, lists of exchange rates and interest rates, login information, etc.)

Sending Information is a simple, convenient and secure method for automatically receiving account information by email or SMS reports. It is up to you what information you wish to have always updated in your email box or mobile phone.
You can establish the Sending Information product only as a complementary product e.g. to your current account. Its use is not dependent on any other direct banking products.
With the Sending Information product, you can always have up-to-date information on:
- the account balance
- posted movements in the account
- items excluded from processing
- executed debit card transactions
- UniCredit Bank’s exchange-rate list
- interest rates on term deposits
- system login – for Online Banking, BusinessNet, Telebanking, Business Line and Smart Banking users
Reports are sent by email or SMS messages to your mobile phone, depending on the type of report requested. In the case of email messages, information is attached in PDF format. If you wish, selected reports also can be sent in the xml data format for further processing.
Technical requirements
- a mobile phone set up for receiving SMS messages
- an email account
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher
- reports are sent only to the contact that you define upon arranging the product
- if you also use GSM Banking, reports are sent encrypted directly to the banking application

Conditions for using the Sending Information product include having a current account maintained at UniCredit Bank, concluding the Contract for Using Direct Banking Products, and drawing up an Order to Set up the Sending Information Product.
