Inventories financing is a way of obtaining funds to purchase goods into stock or for ongoing replenishment of such goods. We finance inventories characterised by stable demand as well as verifiable price and quality (such as soft commodities, metals, and the like). Repayment of such designated-purpose financing is mostly effected from direct sales of the financed inventories.
