- paying up (PDF, 436 kB) or increasing registered capital (PDF, 436 kB)
- management of funds under a special act (two types of accounts):
- account designed to reimburse costs related to taking back, processing and disposing of household electrical appliances account designed to reimburse costs for redeveloping lands affected by mining activities and for settling damages caused by mining
- escrow accounts (The bank will pay the deposited funds in an established term after arrangement of the given conditions. Used, e.g., in transfers of business ownership interests or when settling real estate purchases.)
